Gotong Royong means a get together to achieve a common purpose, so on Saturday 4th July 2009 Members and Staff of the Royal Selangor Flying Club held a Gotong Royong to clean up the surrounds of the Hangar and Offices. The President and several Committee Members as well as Staff and Flying Members all joined in for a couple of hours of Spring Cleaning. Even the Aircraft Engineers from Admal joined in to make the work place a cleaner and healthier environment. A substantial lunch was offered to all participants at the end of the day and we would like to say a special thank you to Manimaran a/l Muniyandi for organing this event.
